AREVA Announces Leadership Changes for North American Business

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 27, 2014 – Building on AREVA North America’s successful platform of operational excellence and innovation, AREVA announces several internal organizational changes designed to leverage best practices and global experience.
Mike Rencheck has accepted the role of deputy to the chief operating officer for AREVA’s global operations in charge of the performance of major projects. Gary Mignogna has accepted the role of CEO for AREVA Inc.
In addition, the following three appointments will report to Gary Mignogna:
- Craig Ranson is appointed chief operating officer of AREVA Inc.
- Kimberly Clark is appointed chief commercial officer of AREVA Inc.
- Kathy Williams is appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer of AREVA Inc.
All organizational changes are effective June 1 with comprehensive transition plans to ensure a smooth and transparent evolution of leadership. Throughout this transition, AREVA remains committed to its employees and customers in North America as executed through the pillars of the company’s global ACTION 2016 business strategy and the region’s journey toward a culture of operational excellence, innovation and growth.
