While it's true that internal mobility is a key strategy for meeting our demand for talent, recruitment from within will not meet the demand we have. We'll be visiting a number of college campuses in March and April (see side bar) to improve AREVA's visibility and begin recruiting the brightest graduates. We have an integrated approach to presenting AREVA and meeting the talent demands for each of the subsidiaries.
